Who I am

WeRebuilds is run by Jesslyn Ha (“I”, “me”). I redesign Shopify stores. If you have a question about your information, email hello@werebuilds.com.

What I collect and why

I use Meta's advertising tools to see which of my ads work (see Cookies below). I don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Where it's kept

These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States.

How long I keep it

I keep form requests and related notes for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete them, unless you become a client, in which case I keep what I need for the project and my business records.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time by emailing hello@werebuilds.com. I'll reply within 30 days.

Cookies

This site uses the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram. It sets cookies that tell Meta which pages you visit here and whether you send the preview form or book a call. I use this to see which of my ads work and to show them to people likely to be interested.

When you send the form or book a call, this website also tells Meta directly, through Meta's Conversions API. That message includes your email address in scrambled (hashed) form, your IP address, your browser type and Meta's cookie IDs, so Meta can match it to an ad you saw. When you book through the calendar, the cookie IDs, browser type and page address are passed to Cal.com with your booking for the same reason. Meta handles this information under its own privacy policy.

To opt out, block or clear cookies for this site in your browser settings, or use a tracker blocker. You can also change how Meta uses this information in your Facebook or Instagram settings, under Accounts Center, then Ad preferences. The booking calendar from Cal.com may set its own cookies needed for booking to work.

Google user data

I also run internal tools that use Google sign-in to work with my own Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Calendar. They only access my own Google account and are used only to carry out tasks I start. Google user data is never sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. Their use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
